The District Committee Member (DCM) serves as a conduit between District 23 and the Area 30 committee and delegate. As a member of the Area 30 committee, the DCM represents District 23’s conscience to the Area 30 Delegate who, in turn, represents Area 30’s conscience at the annual General Service Conference.

The DCM serves for a term of 2-years and is a district officer, along with the Treasurer and Secretary.
